FAQ
Everything. Electricity, water, WiFi, cable TV, AC, parking, linens, towels, kitchen supplies, and toiletries are all included. There is also a one-time cleaning fee. Contact Tiffany for current rates.
We use a simple rental agreement (not a full lease). A fully refundable $2,500 security deposit is required at booking and returned after checkout, provided the home is left in good condition.
Schofield Barracks is approximately 20 minutes away, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard is about 15 minutes, and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam is also roughly 15 minutes by car.
All bookings are confirmed and non-refundable once your reservation is secured. We recommend confirming your travel dates before booking. If you have any questions about the terms, Tiffany is happy to walk you through everything before you commit.
